Sal,
Thank you so much for participating in these forums. I have a renewed respect for Spyderco. It is so refreshing to see a company such as yours that still keeps in contact with the consumers.
I do have a question though. If a person had an idea for a modification to the sharpmaker, how would he run it by you? I know the new sharpmakers are coming out but I have an idea that I think would be great! Is there any way I could run it by you? If it is stupid feel free to tell me.

Shootist - We're always opened to new ideas, many of our ideas come from outside Spyderco. If they're possibly patentable, then you would have to submit them to Peter in R&D/Legal dept. If they're just "it would be nice if" we can hear them any way you would like. The Sharpmaker is already tooled so changes are difficult at this time, but we always like to think.
