Some friends of mine and my brother in law have a hunting lease in Northern Kentucky. When we go out two of us usually carry walkie/talkies with each us to let the other know if the four wheeler is needed or just to find out if anyone is seeing anything. So we were hunting the late Muzzle loading season which was running awfully close to Christmas and I had one Walkie/Talkie and my friend Scott had the other. At about 8:30 AM I heard someone come over the walkie/talkie and ask if Santa Clause was on and a voice came over and said yes this is Santa Clause. The first voice said, Hold on someone wants to talk to you, then you could hear the voice of a boy about 4 or 5 years old. Here is how the conversation went.
Boy: Santa, where are you.
Santa: The North Pole, have you been a good boy.
Boy: Yes I have.
Santa, What do you want for Christmas.
Boy: A gun.
Santa: I don't know about a gun but how about a knife.
Boy: That would be great. Good Bye Santa.
My friend Scott said he did'nt hear it. But it sure did make me feel good to hear Santa was going to bring him a knife for Christmas.
