When I click on the inbox link to view messages, the top shows that I'm only using 25% of 100 total allowed messages but when I'm viewing single messages the top right corner shows I've used 100% of my allowed 250 messages. Which one should I go by?

Also, how do you delete messages? After I select the messages I want to delete, I can't find the delete button...?

The first is the number of conversations, while the 2nd is the number of messages. Both have limits defined by the membership level.

You can't delete messages within a conversation, you have to "delete" the conversation, which is actually leaving the conversation. When you do this, you'll get the option to still receive future messages or not.

Can leave a convo 2 ways...from within the convo by clicking Leave (depending on your device you may see this option directly, or may have to click the 3 dots):

Or on the main screen you can select multiple convos and then at the bottom of the screen select "Leave conversations" under "Choose action" and then click Go:
