Recently went to WindUp NY and had no idea there would be knive vendors there. Very first booth, first floor was Giant mouse and Jesper and Anso were working the booth. Had a few good deals on knives and I picked up a few. Still kicking myself for not grabbing the brass handle Ace Clyde but I got the micarta one figured I would carry it more due to the weight.
They were both super nice, Jesper let me try his custom engraved Exp1 on and I let him check out my Vacheron Overseas 4520v. My wife forced me to take a photo with him cause I wouldnt shut up about meeting him.
Anyways, incase anyone ever wondered both were super solid dudes and I plan on buying more stuff from them based on how nice humans they were. That and getting to play with all of their current models I was very impressed. I spent easily 45 minutes talking to them about knives, watches, bourbon and toys. Jasper said he's working on a Ti slip join at the moment that he let me play with, seemed super cool.
