Metal Polish

I just took my VG10 Spydie to a (literally) scotchbrite finish, and would like the option of taking it back to mirror. Anybody got any suggestions for a good, fairly aggressive metal polish (and possible a finer one to finish up with?) I've read about Flitz, Simichrome, and a couple others, but they slip my mind at the moment.

You'll have to sand it to 1500-2000 grit first, if you're doing it by hand.

I like MetelGlo by United cutlery (I know, I hate them to), it works very well on my knives, and SMKW has it for $2 a tube and I have seen it sold at flea markets for $5. I have not tried any of the other ones you listed, but I would like eventually.
