Meyerco Shockwave vs Ontario Utilitac 2

Solid liner lock, heavy weight, mid-quality steel, drop point blade, hollow grind, slight recurve, beautiful unsharpened swedge--
Waaaaaaaait a minute! I think I'm seeing double. . . .or is it just me?
Any thoughts on the similarities?
And which one would you get?

Can't speak about the Shockwave, as Ive never handled one. The Utilitac 2, I tried out for kicks in November, I found it to be a fantastic knife for the money. I purchased 2 more as gifts and the guys carry them daily.

IMO The Utilitac with the tanto blade beats the Spyderco Tenacious for best sub-$30 folder. I've only had one Meyerco and it kinda sucked...
