Meyerco Wharning assisted folder?

Does anyone have any experience with this blade. Yes I know its cheap "budget" knife. But I saw a small sub review of it in Tactical knives(the main article was on the yo2 from Spyderco) so I'm just curious is if anybody here has used one at and what your thoughts are? specially for the price range.

I have two Meyerco Wharnings. I really like them. They are very good knives for the price. Having said that, I find myself leery of the folding ones.
