MF3 Extrema Ratio help?

I've just found this blade (can't find a way to post a photo) but it seems to be called MF3 Extremaratio. Does anyone have any idea of how much this thing costs? Also, it was closed when I found it and we could open it very easily, but now I can't seem to find a way to close it. Is it jammed or is there a button or switch to close it? Thanks guys

It should be a 'liner lock'.
Watch the video and at about 2;52 into the video you can see how the liner is pushed/moved to the left and then the blade closes.
