Miami/Miami Beach - Good knifemakers/dealers?

Are there any excellent makers or dealers in the vicinity of Miami or Miami Beach? I know Florida has some superb makers and first rate dealers, but what is close to Miami?
Also, isn't there an art knife show this year around Jan 21/22? Whereabouts?
 
There's a dealer named David Hodge who has a site called "Miami Nice Knives". I don't have his website info here but I'm sure somebody here at BF will.

I did did the Florida K A site. It's quite big and difficult to search. Impressive, though.
