Very nice work. I think that maybe it could come to a little more of an acute point though. In other words extend the blade out a tad and have it come to a more gradual point without changing the width/gettin rid of the belly. I hope I'm not being too critical. I would love to have your knife making skills.

Great looking knife. Looks to be good for cutting, how does the point work (is it hard to penetrate?) Is the micarta canvas?

Thanks

Thank you,I guess the point could be a little thinner, but I think sharp enough to do the job and yes canvas Micarta--Regards Butch

hey Butch-
Good looking knife. I've always liked the finish on a glass bead blasted blade.
I bought me a blasting cabinet a while back with the idea of offering that finish on my knives. What bead size would you recommend I start with?

Thanks Richard,Ive beadblasted 3-4 blades, don't know how they will hold up.The glass bead I just bought I don't know about the size, but they are very small,I also have a air eraser I have used which uses very fine aluminum oxide media, which leaves a nice finish and you can touch up with it----Regards Butch
