Finally got my email that said they are quite a bit ahead of schedule on the Micarta 31’s

Ready for payment and ready to ship mine. Looks like I’ll be cozying up to a Lg 31 with natural micarta and double gold lugs. I’m pretty excited about this one. :thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
I hadn’t seen much good news so I thought I would share mine. Hopefully there will be more coming down the pipeline soon if they’re this far ahead of schedule.
 
Post some pics please!

i’ve been on the fence about the one piece micarta inlays. It will be nice to see some in the wild.

And here I thought that the thread was alluding to a damaged micarta Sebbie...

Mine shipped today. Large black micarta, silver lugs. I'm in Canada. Should be by next Tuesday.

I ordered the morning preorders opened. I don't recall the date or time exactly.

Same here (well, small Sebbie, but still) – ordered the day they officially went on sale and my knife shipped yesterday, on the 17th. I should have it on the 19th.

So psyched.

Mine is at the house waiting on me. I’ve got a good two hours before I’ll make it that way, but I’ll report back in this thread, as well as the lock rock thread with my findings.

A few quick ones before work this morning. Hopefully some natural light will come through the clouds this afternoon for some better pic opportunities.

I like it. It’s grown on me slightly from last night to this morning, but I’ll definitely have to carry it a while to really decide. I think I’ll send my 21 in to the spa, and by the time it’s back I’ll know if this 31 is “home” or not. I pretty much expected it to kick my 21 out of my pocket and into its box for safe keeping, but it just made me appreciate everything I’ve been through with my 21 even more. I’ll start carrying it today and let fate decide over the next month or two.

Lanyard is history, I don’t do lanyards on the 21/31 (preference). But I wanted to snap a few shots with it on. Really liking the gold hardware (I wish I could get gold body screws, too. That would make it perfect aesthetically).
