Micarta Handles fit the Magnum Camp?

I really think this is my next blade. I am guessing you like it? I am not a chopper, I have an axe
. I think the very graceful profile of that knife looks very handy. I saw a picture of it next to an ESEE-6 and it is way bigger and yet seems more graceful.
How is the steel on this thing? Good heat treat? I know the 1095CV is good steel out of the gate but the heat treat is really the thing isn't it.
I am an ESEE guy but they don't have anything like this and I've been wanting to get a Becker since the beginning. This will be my entry into the Becker world probably.

I use both Esee and becker, to me the 1095 steel is exceptional with both companies.
I really think you will like the magnum camp.....

Welcome to the world of Beckers. I only have a BK- 7, 9, 13 and a 2 on its way! I'm excited.
And even though it has been answered, Yes, the micarta will fit. I have no experience with the Magnum, but since it says 'Becker' on it, you will enjoy it.

the heat treat? you have to ask? right? really!? well, it's VERY GOOD of course. we don't expect less from Tooooooj
and the magnum camp CAN chop. see the picture and other threads. use that search function up there. pictures of a 3.5ish inch season oak log chopped with the MC. flawless.

I'll tell you. I saw this thing and I gotta have it. It's knocked the Junglas off my "next to buy" list. I may or may not bother with the Micarta it was just the first thing I saw on my normal retailer's Becker page.
