Just a quick question for all you knife nuts, now I just recieved my ESEE-6 in the mail today :) and my question is, can you stain the micarta handles with wood stain or is it just smarter to let the handle naturally stain...

It can definitely be dyed. I'm not sure that wood stain would be that good. Try rit dye it should work for you.
