Micarta inlay ?

Hey guys i was just wondering if the micarta inlay in the Sebs are impervious to water?Ive never handled one and looksa great as a edc material but i fish alot and things tend to get wet at times and this is something i was just wondering about.I would hate for this material to get wet and have to wait an extended amout of time for it to dry out or have rot.

It's perfect for you. It will absorb some water but will not bother the material. Even long term. I use mine for fishing too. As far as it holding water that is a non-issue. I don't remember but I do believe it dries rather quickly.

I have never heard of anyone having any issues with CRK's micarta. And even if you did, Chris would take care of you!

The micarta on the sebenza is not like what esee uses and is rock hard , I would have to say it is impervious to water and absorbs none !

the micarta is awesome when it gets wet, just remember to dry the knife when ya done
