Micarta scales for BK15/16/17

I've be anxiously awaiting the factory tweener micarta ever since the knives were released last April. So far I haven't seen any pictures from the shot show including these new handles. I've been somewhat out of the loop for the last month so I'm thinking maybe I missed the latest rumors on a possible release date for these scales?

I've seen Guyon, Bladite, and Moose post pics of pre-production examples since last summer so I know the "CNC is dialed in" as somebody put it once. My question is: what is the delay (if there is one, I'm impatitent I know)? Any new estimates or rumors on a release date? And will ya'll who have some slap up photos of them so I can drool on my screen a little? :D

There is a legislative ban currently on all micarta for less than full size Beckers. We are appealing this to the Supreme Court but there is no telling how long it will take.

(To be honest, I have no idea what the hold up is. I think they get micarta done by someone else and they might be swamped with another order or there could be any other number of reasons.)
 
Maybe OFFICIAL_KA-BAR will chime in on this for us...

why yes it is. The tactical ice scraper. In front of that appears to be the new larger version of the phat bob dozier folder. Want just about everything on that table. Including the BK10.
