Becker micarta, yeah they cost $40.

People on this forum have been saying there great.

Please do not delay and buy some, they will change the way the knife feels in your hand.

Best money I have spent in a long time.

Looks sweet. Have thought about getting some of these myself.

yours look really nice, but... jealous much!
Ha Ha, just kidding. Seriously though, how much nicer are those micarta scales? Personally, they fit my have perfectly, I love'em. Soon you will get them for all of your beckers.

I plan on getting Micarta for the SanMai Necker and the EsKabar (when they are available, yes I know you can grind the Izula Micarta). Personally though, I love the Grivory handles on the bigger Beckers. The Micarta for the 77 is a no-brainer but honestly, I think the look and feel of the Grivory is perfect for the rest of them.

My Beckers all wear Micarta. I think it really improves the feel.

Are there plans for Micarta specifically for the EsKabar? (also, off subject, how is the EsKabar? Ive never held one.. Is the handle bigger than a IZULA 1? I have an IZULA II that fits my hand great, and I carry every day, but the IZZY 1 was just too short for me. Theres an idea: EsKabar II..)

Would you recommend the Micarta handles for a smaller hand? They look a bit slimmer and have a different oval shape to them.

For the BK2, will they change the way the knife sits in the sheath? I finally got my BK2 comfy in the factory sheath, just wondering if I'd have to change the sheath again with the micarta scales.

Shortwinger-they are actually a little bit thicker than the grivory, but FCFER despite the slight size increase they still fit great in the factory sheath
