Micarta source for large SAK scales

I want to replace the nylon scales on my one handed liner lock 111mm fireman SAK with some ivory Micarta scales.
Has anyone made their own scales for these larger ones. I supposed the slide locks would be harder, but this one has the liner lock so the scales should be just like the smaller ones.
I have already made some stag scales for a couple of my 84mm SAK, including space for the tweezer, etc.

Are the scales on the larger ones mounted the same way?

Anyone have a source for ivory micarta?

I've done a couple of One Hand Trekkers (you can probably find the pics if you do a quick search). It's no different than other Saks- the plastic scales pop onto the rivets/pivots. When I do them out of wood I just hollow those spots out and epoxy on.

If you've done it with stag, you can definitely do it with the Micarta. Have fun and post pics when you're done!

It's no issue as MSCantrell said, just on a larger scale from the 84mm SAK.

Have Fun!

Cheers,
ScottK
