Alpha Knife Supply has some colours that others don't . Jantz supply has a good selection of everything.

www.popsknifesupply.com has the cheapest prices I have found. Tan canvas 9.5" X 9.5" X 1/4" is $11 and 3/8" is $14. Pop doesn't have a huge inventory but if he has it he is usually cheaper than any body else and he is good people and doesn't mind answering questions.

Making it is pretty easy and you can use whatever materials and colors you wish.
