I managed to get my hands on this one a little over a month ago, and I've been very pleased with it. This is a Michael Burch tanto framelock, and it is a very impressively built mid-sized folder that makes a great EDC. This folder has a 3 3/8" 1084 blade and a 7 3/4" OAL. It's quite beefy, too; the blade is just over 3/16" thick.

As you can see from the pics, Michael did a great job with the construction of the framelock. He put a nice hamon on the blade and heat colored the Ti handle slabs a nice, varied blue color. The lock-up is rock-solid on this one, and the very strong detent helps reduce the chances of an accident with the tip-up carry on this piece.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what other folders come from Michael in the future. Thanks for this one, bro!

Wow, I *REALLY* like that.

I like titanium framelocks in general, but that knife really speaks to me. I like everything about it. The hamon, the titanium coloring, the clip, the bladeshape. It is very unique.

Great score.
