Michael Rader 240mm Pearwood Gyuto

For those of you who don't venture to the custom/handmade knife sub forum. Here's my latest acquisition from Mr. Rader. Steel is 52100 for those that care.

Here is my first custom knife I have ever commissioned and it too was forged by Mr. Rader.
