You'll probably have better luck asking on swordforum.com. There are probably multiple folks there who have experience with his work.

Sat next to Michael at blade west. He does some wonderful work in damascus swords. His fittings and such are all up to par. He also just qualified as a Journeyman Smith in the ABS. Good guy easy to talk to and does great work. Not much else needed.
