Here are a few shots of the MV Knives Desert Rat 1 'Prototype' flipper. According to Michael, the Midtech version is to debut in Late August/Early September. 
The Blade is ELMAX, 3 1/4 inches and overall 7 1/2 inches long. The scales and backspacer are CF, and the liners are jeweled. It is equipped with a low profile Ti clip. The fit and finish are excellent and the knife deploys nicely using the thumbhole as well as the flipper.
Also, here it is next to one of Michael's Zip-Slips.
