Used. Was my edc for a while. Back plastic clip broke so I ground it flush(hard to tell it was ever there). The blade has light scratches common with an edc and a stain. The serrations are very sharp as is the plain edge. The blade locks up tight with no play and is centered in the handle. This knife is very light to carry you forget its there.
