Michigan Bill Banning Lockbacks

Our best guess is that Michigan is attempting to make a mutli-lockingbladed throwing weapon illegal. In their description they have effectively made lockbacks and locking multi-tools etc illegal. We need to send them letters correcting this and get these bills pulled or altered.
