I have a michrotech socom D/A which the spring broke inside several years ago.
Michrotech said they would fix the knife but they could not legaly send it back to me because i am a civilian.
So i found a place that sells springs and i purchased one.
I have now spent the last several days attempting to assemble the knife with the spring with no success. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.
