Micro-bevel???

I was wondering who here uses a micro-bevel? What are the advantages or disadvantages of having one? What degree is yours? Or do you say screw bevels and convex all the way?!?

Advantages:
Less to sharpen
Less prone to chipping/rolling

Disadvantage:
Less acute edge geometry

I like a 30-40 degree microbevel on most blades.
