Micro Mesh

Hey, does anyone know if you could sharpen youre knife with micro mesh??

Anything that can remove small amounts of metal could probably be used to sharpen a knife . of course I'm not 100% sure what micro mesh is so I have no clue.

From the link write-up they would work but would take an extremely long time due to the fineness of the grit if done by hand. Now if they were hooked to a power tool ....... hmmm.
