I sold a Microtech stitch auto because of the pocket clip some time ago. It did not do well with a thicker pant material. I am wondering if anyone has tried to the ramlock stick or amphibian with thicker or reinforced pants pocket material, and how did it do?

My old blue jeans and Stitch are fine. Though, that's with an empty pocket.
Is it an issue of a crowded pocket?

My buddy didn’t like the stock milled clip on his when he got one, and urged me to get a Lynch clip when he heard I was getting one. I did, but I found the stock milled clip worked better for me. I have no issues with it.
Plus, it’s a very long knife when folded that, at least in my experience, needs a pretty deep pocket if you intend to put a deep carry clip on it.
