Microtech Assailants? New Release or a Old Knife?

I saw these for sale on anther forum I am on and didn't want to seem foolish over there.. Are these new or old? 2 the Hilt is selling them for 76 bucks-
It seems kinda low for a new release? Any Help?

According to what I've read on 2 the hilt it's a pre-order that means that it's new, and not available yet.
