Microtech Carbon Fiber Paperweight

I'm not sure which topic to post this query under, so please move it to the correct forum, Mods.
I took this in trade for some things, and have no idea of value. The only ones I'm finding on line are titanium and the prices are all over the board. It came with a box, and the "paperweight" is still sealed in plastic. Any ideas?
