Microtech DOC Flipper 153-10 questions

I recently bought Microtech DOC Flipper 153-10 born date 2015. It is hard to open with the flipper & sometimes you cannot open with flipper. The lock up when closed is very tight Is this normal with the DOC? Not smooth operating at all it is gritty & rough feeling just moving the blade back & forth. I read another thread on here from 2013 that said " it does rocket out with ease & makes a hell of a clack when the lock engages". This DOC will not rocket out when the flipper does work does open but again slow and not smooth. I put KPL oil on the pivot helped a little but not much. The frame lock is also very tight. I do not have the proprietary tools to take apart yet but have ordered so I can take apart and check. If its the bearings best place to get replacements? Any other things to look for or check out? I appreciate any help on this I can get. Thanks.

Not sure on servicing the Microtech, but if you need more bearings skiff is the gold standard

Thank you. Just read some other threads about the DOC from the past years and found somethings to do. Still want to take apart and clean good & check the bearings and may go ahead and change out. Thanks again
