Microtech DOC: yay or nay?

Looking to expand my collection. I own spyderco, hinderer, CRK, and Strider. Thinking of branching out and looking at a Microtech DOC. Looks pretty nice for the price point. I would have to mod the pocket clip or have a custom one made. Other than that, any issues? I assume with the custom machined screws that its not possible to take it apart for maintenance and adjustment? Any thoughts and opinions are appreciated! Also, any other recommendations on frame lock flippers in that price point?

Other than the pocket clip the examples I have seen represent a folder worth its price point of around $297. It's large and fairly heavy and if that's what you are looking for then its pretty good. Looks best in satin or stonewashed finish. Another flipper getting great reviews is the Zero Tolerance 0801 in Elmax.
