Microtech Fillet Knife
Made 02/2007. Thin stonewashed blade of S-30v and aluminum handle with rubber inserts. Condition is very good to excellent.
OAL = 12”, Blade = 7”

Due Buoi Forged Stainless Steel Chef’s Parer With Sambar Stag Handle
This is a thin blade and an excellent slicer with a nice round handle of sambar stag.
Condition is good+ to very good. Blade has some satinized effect from washing with scotch brite pad.
OAL = 7.50”, Blade = 3.25”
