Microtech select fire manual

I have a lead on a microtech select fire manual partial serrated. Seller is asking 750. Condition is mint. Is this a good deal? What do they trend at these days?
 
I'd pay that for a D/A model, no way for a manual...especially part serrated 👎
 
What is she worth then? Can somebody who is familiar give me an idea?
