Microtech SOCOM S90V

I was at my local knife shop today abd they received two SOCOM in S90V. The owner of the shop said that only a few will be made in S90V and they will then go back to D2. Anyone have any info on this?

In the little book I got with knife this model is listed as D2. I guess this is limited edition.

Thanks Vassili, From what I was told they only made a few of them in S90V now they are back to D2.
