Where can I get the elite version with S90V? Why the hell are they producing them with D2 now?

Actually, they aren't producing them at all. They have stopped knife production until no sooner than the Fall of 2008 in favor of making pistols. If you want a SOCOM, I would suggest you get whatever you can find.
