  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Middle of the Week... Pics!

That dagger is really somethin' special. Good job, Daniel.

Husky get you your part or a replacement yet:??

Here's how I do this compound grind...

I start with a low hollow grind and take it to around .020" at the edge.

...add a taller hollow grind but keep the transition (yokote) clean... tough on a hollow to hollow like this.

Add the swedge! This swedge is tricky because it starts shallow, gets deep then stops right before the tip.

Thanks! It's still rough too, I have yet to start on the flats.

Compressor... not yet! I have technically gotten a refund and am waiting on a new one now... it is supposed to come in this week as I paid for delivery.

I've been meaning to hit up your Q&A thread. Time for more "Learnin' with professor Daniel" vids!

I'll have to get you guys some more pics! :D

Rolf the tanto isn't started yet but I'll let you know... it isn't too far off.
