vitamin c is important.

so is protein and fat. I liked sugarless peanut butter before i found out that my oldest son has a food allergy to peanuts that requires we carry epinephrine pens with him.

so no peanut butter for this guy.

I think it's because they (zinc, magnesium, etc) help with sleep

I'm learning things sifting through these threads I never would have expected to learn. I take a daily multivitamin usually in the morning but in the evening if I forgot it. I struggle sometimes to sleep. I wonder if I can connect the dots on the nights I don't sleep with the nights I took the vitamin...
