A testimonial: I ordered an Evenheat oven from Tracy last summer to be shipped to my folks in NH. I planned on working with it there, then send it on to Hawaii. There was a communication snafu and Tracy forgot to order it from the manufacturer, thus I wasn't able to work with it that summer. Tracy gave me a $100 gift refund, an extra ceramic multiple blade holder rack and shipped it to Hawaii free of charge. Did I ever come out smelling like roses!!!

Just about the only time I don't order from him is for product he doesn't carry. Sure I might be able to get some things for a few price-points less elsewhere, but service has a premium too. One that I deeply appreciate in this day of crass marketer-ism and shareholder profiteering at the expense of quality and customer consideration!

He is my first choice as well, the only things I buy elsewhere are corbies, trizac gator belts, and maybe a few other things he doesn't carry. They are awesome to deal with.
