I placed an order to have my User Name Changed on 10/11/2012.

The fee(s) were payed via PayPal.

Until today, there has been no update nor change to my User Name.

Am I missing something???

You didn't start a thread until today, that always helps as a reminder to Spark.
Technically, when you do this, you are supposed to start a thread with the preffix: Change User Name: Old name to New name.

Mike, go ahead and edit the title of the thread to include the name you have to the name you want. For example:
Mike Datangel to whatever your name is to be
