I called Mike last week, got his voice mail and left a message that I need a boot clip for an RC4 sheath.

Mike just called me back, asks for my address, tells me that he's tossing it in the mail today as he's out of town on Wed.

I ask him how much, and he says "I'll just have to get you next time."

I keep saying it - I've dealt with about 100 knife makers and manufacturers over the last decade and a half.

There are only really two knives which get to spend any real time on my hip, inside my waistband or around my neck these days. ESEE is one of them and the other has an entry fee about 15x what a used RC-3 will run ya

Mike, you ever get north to visit, you damn well better call me cuz we're putting a brisket on the smoker.

He's cute in his his jungle underwear too!

"I agree. Mike Perrin is awesome. He's just dreamy. "

I have three ex wives that don't think so:)

We need not even start comparing how many women hate us. That list would get longer than BFs servers would handle!

I've said it over and over you can't beat ESEE and their A+++ customer service. Quality product and great people.

It's been my experience that the opinions of exwives are way over-rated...and they're usually not rated all that high to start with :)

Yep he dont know me but he is a great guy. A couple years ago when they had the wilderness forum over on the R.A.T site, I was asking about how to use a compass and some suggestions. He sent me a Brunton Classic compass and book on using a compass. I emailed him asking him what I owed him. He said not to worry about it becuse it was an extra that was just laying around.

I'm really happy for the success that ESEE Knives has been experiencing and I'm proud to be a loyal customer. It's funny how that works though. Money can't buy integrity or class, which these guys seem to exude, but all that integrity and class is what's gonna keep them successful!
I was at my local knife shop (S&R Knives) a couple weeks back to pick up some knives but called and spoke to one of the co-owners before to ask if he carried ESEE. He doesn't so I took in my Izula, RC4, RAT Pack RC3 and RC6 so he could get a feel for them and recommended he look into becoming a Canadian distributor since he is still carrying the Ontario knives. We'll see what happens.
Cheers guys!

I susect Mike will be drinking a beer somewhere along the Equator this time tomorrow.
