Hey guys, today I have an image that's a little different from what I normally do but I wanted to show off Mike's knife and award as best I could. Please enjoy!

Knifemaker: Mike Quesenberry, MS
Award: CKCA 2014 Best Hunter

Both the knife and the photo are as classy as it gets:thumbup:

Darcy:)

Beautiful work. I am a big fan of photography like that. :) The knife deserves the award, as well!

They don't come better than Mike Q! Congtrats my friend!! Beautiful capture Caleb

As the collector I am just honored to have this knife of Mikes. I new it was special when I saw it. I love what Caleb did to make it look like a commercial photo shoot. Congrats again Mike and thank you.

Also to Ryan Hayes and the CKCA for setting up.

I was both surprised and pleased when Ryan instituted the first Annual CKCA Best Hunter Competition.
We had a lot of fun with it and the award could not have gone to a more deserving knifemaker and collector.

Beautiful photo Caleb.

Fantastic all around! A "graceful" hunter? That's the word that first came to mind. Beautiful, Mike

Hey Jon, congrats! So pleased to see this lives in your collection.

Caleb, very cool representation of knife and award

Everything is top notch in this posting. Especially the knife. Congrats mike!:thumbup::thumbup:

What a huge honor! Thank you CKCA for doing this and Caleb for another amazing image. Most of all, thank you Jon Brand for your continued support.

Even if we've come to expect the very best from Mike, he always finds raise the bar a little more each time around. You are an inspiration my friend.

PS: Caled, You are slowly changing the way I look at photography. I always thought that the photography needed to be as low key as possible to best showcase a knife. But you are showing me that it CAN have an artistic quality of it's own without overshadowing the knife but to the contrary, showcasing it even better. Thanks you.
