First collab between Mike Ruth Jr and Jason Chen. Both journeymansmiths well on their ways to earning the coveted ABS Mastersmith Stamp. Mike stepped away from knives for a while but is making a big comeback!
2025 Hunter with a 4.5" ladder pattern damascus blade and guard made of 1084 and 15N20 tool steels. Domed stainless pins and liner, with ancient fossilized crackle Mammoth ivory handle, mortise style with two slabs. Overall length is 9".
Wishing both makers luck on their way to becoming mastersmiths, hopefully with in the year. Ill need to get pro photos taken but hopefully these Will suffice for now.
