Mike Williams ABS Mastersmith - Quchita Hunter

Over Thanksgiving I picked up my new Quchita Hunter from Mastersmith Mike Williams. The blade is 1080 and the handle is a peice of honduran rosewood that I supplied. I love HR and Mike did a great job with it. These are just some quick pics I took this morning. I can't wait to take some good one in my new light box to show this off. For those that don't know Mike, he is great knifemaker and all around great guy. His shop is not far from my cabin in SE Oklahoma so I've had the opportunity to spend time with him. I've got some other "shop" pics I'll post later. I plan to take this baby hog hunting next weekend!!!

Thanks for the comments. Mike's hunters are not only beautiful but have incredible feel in the hand. It fits perfect and really does feel like an extension of your hand.
