This is an old one, and has been seen many times before, but now I've got it and want to show it off
The image is a very different one for me, I was trying to let the knife do the talking, simple low key lighting and background so that the eye just settles on the important part.
I have coveted this piece since the day I saw it, its subjective, its hard to describe why, but I loved it. So I pestered a fellow collector, bribed them, and finally threatened
him!
When looking at this knife try and imagine that its blade is 12 inches long, 17 inches tip to tale, now consider that the blade is over 2 inches deep at its broadest! By all rights this should be a monster, a hachet, a cleaver ....... no! Its deceptively light, quick, scary sharp. Mike Williams knows how to design and make a Bowie, true to its ancestors in its ability to both serve and defend its owner at close quarters.
I told you I'd get it Mike ........ I'm glad I wasn't wrong!
