I have had Mike make a few sheaths for me and they all have turned out great! I sure is handy when you have someone close that can do such great work. Mike came out to the house today to drop off a sheath and pick up a knife I "adjusted" the handle for him on. The sheath for the FFBM has a cool texturn ion the leather and a removable belt loop leaving a Frog for IWB use. I also like the contrasting thread color he uses. The Sting Ray inset on the BBSHSH sheath is very nice, I just said I wanted a "user" sheath and he came up with it! Don't hesitate to call on him for a great leather sheath, you will be happy!

Sweet stuff! :D I really like those wonderful thread colors he gets a hold of! Gonna have to twist his ear and find out where to get some. ;)

Sweet sheaths!!!! Hey Ducci can you post some bigger pics....

LOL! Dang, I can see myself in the Sting Ray bubbles!!! Sorry, I noticed how big they were after I posted the thread, I'll reduce them when I get a chance.

ducci,
Outstanding sheathes!!! the ray is amazing and I like the blue stich. Complements it well...

Great job Mike!!!

Is that blue? I thought it was purple, lol! I just switched monitors the other day and this one ahsn't been calibrated yet!

I do love the colour purple tho!

Those horse stall scales look incredible and I'm sure they offer great grip. I'm curious, what would it cost to strip and install the horse stall scales on a NMFBM?

Mike is a great leatherman! He designed my HOG ASH sheath and it is sweet!

About $15 if you do it yourself. :D

Do you or anyone offer the strip/satin blade and install horse stall scales? Thanks

Sorry, I wouldn't be interested in doing it, I just don't have the extra time, Cobalts got me re-doing his whole collection! I don't know who else does it except the guys that do their own knives for the cutting competitions.
