Military backspacer replacement....

Hello all,
I was given a heavily used Spyderco Miltary by a friend. The only problem it has is the backspacer is stripped out. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a replacement spacer and screws? The screws may be alright, but I'm sure the spacer is stripped. The screws just spin around in it. Thanks for the help!!

Don't know about the spacer, but have you considered standoffs?

I got my standoffs and low carry clip from this forum member. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...pyderco-Military?highlight=military+standoffs
I'm pretty sure the same standoffs are listed on Ebay using the search military standoffs.

I looked at those just now and they're natural colored. Must be a camera issue.
I did heat treat the low carry clip to a blue-green to blend better with the digicam handle. I RIT dyed the digicam black to deepen the color as well. Just looks more like the camo on my uniforms back in the 80's and 90's.

I also replaced my backspacer with standoffs. I love the knife even more now. It also fixed my blade centering issue. And they won't strip. I found some with the same thread pitch as the stock screws. Look for my thread via my profile I'm sure I have a link in there.
