Military CQI updates

Will all new Millie's have these updates? Was just looking through the catalog and noticed the s110v and 52100 pictured don't show the updates but have been updated to my knowledge. Is this the case with the standard s30v model?

For what its worth--I was at Spyderco last week and the S30V Millies on display in the SFO DID NOT have the CQI updates..I think its safe to assume they will get the updates, just a matter of time.
