Military Knife Book

Hi,
I have an excellent book in my library called "British and Commonwealth Military Knives" by Ron Flook.
This book is comprehensive and covers privately purchased and issued knives from the Victorian period right up to today. It also includes knives issued to divers and other specialised troops.
Does anyone know of a similar book about American military knives?
