Hey All,

I'm about to buy this bad arse knife -- I had a few questions that I leave open to any HOGs to answer. I would love to hear from someone that grabbed one of these from Knob Creek.

1. What's the weight?

2. Does it handle like a fighting knife or does it handle like a "lighter" jack of all trades knife? (Blade thickness is listed at .20

3. Do the spikes/ridges on the back spine cause a user to be concerned when batoning aggressively?

4. What's the blade height?

5. Any other thoughts/impressions?

The old hell razor's handled like fighters but were great all around knives, the scaloping on the spine didn't hurt a thing battoning or doing anything else. Blade height was wider than a tglb but not much I don't remember measuring it. It was very close though. The handles feel great and don't have any hotspots, I liked mine a lot.

Thanks Dave! That was actually very helpful.

Have another.....drink that is;):D

A new and unused original military overun Hell Razor. This is the new version from Knob Creek that has a flat saber grind. This version is much better than the previous version with CBTs IMHO. These have a low riding saber line to provide a lot of strength, but with a flatter geometry for much improved cutting ability.

I have one of these. Although I have not used it on anything yet - the balance and "feel" are top notch. My first Hell Razor, and it's a keeper. Cheers.

It feels great in the hand. I find it to be pretty light...very easy to spin from tip up to tip down position.

Awesome -- thanks guys -- I just ordered one and sent it straight to Paw Paw's Knife Shop to get some nice pants for it. Thanks Trevor and thanks Jared!

Interesting for sure. I miss my old original run Hell Razor and this one looks like a nice replacement!

The Hell Razor Terror Monkeys are some pretty slick looking knives. I think this thread needs some pictures, what do you guys think?
